The rooms are well-equipped and they have a mini-refrigerator and a storage space. The food is good and fabulous. Competent staff with another waiter or two, everything is first-class.
No complaints!

The junior suite with Prosecco as well as balcony. Perfect and lovely location in a fairly nice area next to footpath alongside the lake, Lake Garda via bus or on Lake Ferry to other towns or further afield to Verona, Brescia and the lakeshore.

Wonderful and pretty standard place, I thoroughly enjoyed exceptionally nice personnel.
Location: the hotel was next to a public boardwalk and Lake Garda via bus or on Lake Ferry to other towns or further afield to Verona, Brescia. I had some drinks at Bar Pizzeria la Boa, positioned 500 metres away. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was well-appointed and tidy.

Spacious rooms with all necessary amenities, including towels for pool and sun loungers. Beautiful area of Lake Garda. Great breakfast selection, including Prosecco. The position of the hotel in relation to the water, boats and township. The hospitality was faultless in everyway.
The room was fair however the beds are not comfortable and inferior for a 4 star hotel. the bath towels and beach towels were worn out - very thread bare n ot what you would expect for a four star hotel.

the location near the lake walking distance to the town the reception were very helpful
the parking at the hotel seemed to be reserved although we were told you did not have to reserve when booking and we had to pay six euros per day for public parking which was some distance from the hotel as i am disabled we found this difficult.

The room I booked was tidy and modern with a balcony as well as bathroom down. The hotel had an exceptionally nice location around 4-6 minutes' walk from San Nicolo. I didn't want to leave and would absolutely stay here again.
All was perfect.

Our New Year experience at the hotel was quite pleasant. The location was perfect, being close to both the bus station and ferry port. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with tea/coffee making facilities and a modern bathroom. The staff were very friendly and professional, making us feel at home. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, catering to all tastes. we enjoyed exploring the nearby villages on Lake Garda.
the beds were quite hard, making sleeping uncomfortable at times. It would have been nice to have more options for activities within the hotel.

The hotel was in a good location, the room was a good size.
Felt the hotel was just average and did not represent good value for money.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel by the lake and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk along the lakeside to the bustling center of town. The hotel itself was right on the lakeside, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, catering to my every need. The room was modern and comfortable, with excellent amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely pool area, half indoors and half outdoors, which was a great option for taking a break from the sun. The breakfast spread was extensive and varied, catering even to those with dietary restrictions such as gluten-free options. my stay at this hotel was truly luxurious and enhanced my comfort and enjoyment.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was very close to centre of Barlino with an excellent pool which wasn't over 1.5 metres, you could hire bikes and go to nearby resorts on cyclepath. Although we were B&B we did have dinner one night and food was excellent.
Our room was 1st floor and balcony could just have sea view but kitchen fans were noticeable but as we were only there 3 nights it wasn't a problem and I'm sure if we had asked we would have been transferred!
